What you give us
When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you put in it. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the revenue band you picked, when your books were last closed, and whatever you wrote in the message box. Nothing else on the form is hidden and there is no field you cannot see.
If you pick a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details on our behalf and they reach the same practice.
The message box is free text. Owners use it to name a form, a month, or the act they are worried about. If you paste a notice or a sentence about a date, that text is stored with the rest of the form. We use it to prepare for the conversation you asked for. We do not publish it, and we do not turn it into an example on a later page.
What is collected automatically
This site records a page view with two random identifiers that your own browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, together with the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party, it goes nowhere but our own server, and it exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.
If your browser is set to Do Not Track, none of that is recorded at all.
There is no advertising pixel on this site, no visitor identification service and no third party analytics. The only other company involved in serving these pages is the network that delivers them, which logs the usual request information for security and rate limiting.
Why we hold it, and what we never do with it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages are useful, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record keeping duties.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for anyone else's advertising, and no decision about you is made automatically.
A note about a filing day or a payment day stays with the conversation it belongs to. We do not add that note to a marketing list. If you want the note deleted after we have answered, say so on the phone and name the page you wrote from.
The booking page
The calendar frame on the booking page has no address loaded when you arrive. A button asks you to open it. Until that tap, the page does not send your details to the calendar host. After you open it, the host receives what you type there, and those details come back to this practice with the time you picked.
If you never open the frame, we still have only what a form on another page already received, if you sent one. Looking at the booking page is not itself a request for a call.
How long, and how to have it removed
An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.
You can also ask what we hold and ask for it to be corrected. The same phone number reaches the person who can do it.
Records we must keep for a return or for an engagement letter stay for the period that work requires. A casual question about which act a date belongs to does not, by itself, start that longer hold. Tell us if the note was only a question, and we will treat it that way.
Changes
If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes are made on the page rather than announced somewhere else.
The revenue band and the closed-month field are there so a first conversation starts in the right place. They are not a credit decision and they are not shared with a lender. If you leave them blank, the rest of the form still reaches us.
Photos on this site are of objects. They are not pictures of you, and the pages do not ask you to upload a portrait. If a later engagement needs a document, that request happens off this website, under the engagement letter, and that file stays off the public pages.
What a note about a date is for
A message that names a form, a month, or a notice is held so the conversation can start from your paper instead of from a guess. We read it as a question about which act a day belongs to. We do not treat it as permission to file, to pay, or to move a day.
If the note includes a dollar figure, that figure stays with the enquiry. It is not added to a page, a sample, or a later owner's story. If you want the figure removed after the call, say so and name the page you wrote from.
The revenue band is a range you pick from a list. It tells us whether the first conversation is about a small shop or a larger one. The band is a range you picked, not a valuation, and we do not send it to a bank. Leaving the band on its first choice is fine when you are not sure. The closed-month field is free text for the same reason. A month you name there is a starting point we will ask about, not a fact we publish.
Phone numbers and email addresses from the form are used to reach you about the request you sent. We do not add them to a list for other sites this practice publishes. A later message about a different job would need its own request.
Server logs kept by the network that delivers the pages may include the address of the network you used and the time of the request. Those logs are for security and for keeping the site available. They are not joined to your form, and they are not a profile of you.
