Tax Filing Deadline Accessibility
How to use these pages with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a phone, and how to tell us when something blocks you.
What we aim for
These pages aim at WCAG 2.2 AA. Text is at least 18px. Body text on the white ground clears 4.5 to 1. Every control has a visible focus ring. The first control on each page is a skip link to the content.
The menu is a native details element. It works with no script. On a wide screen the links stay in a row. On a phone they fold under the word Menu, and opening that control covers the screen so the links are a full sheet.
Pictures that carry meaning have a text alternative. The mark beside the provider line is decorative and hidden from assistive technology. Headings sit in order. One heading of the first rank is on each page.
The chat launcher is labelled Ask Steven and sits at the lower left. Forms name every field. The calendar on the booking page does not load until you ask for it, so it does not pull the page down on arrival.
If motion bothers you, the pages honor the reduced motion setting and drop the small lift on cards.
The six cards in the middle of the home start closed. Each one opens under the control you tapped, from the keyboard or from a tap. Nothing in that list starts open, and nothing moves on a timer.
If a page blocks you, call +1 844-324-7273 and name the page. We will correct it on the page.
